Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Purpose This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and respect for both client and coach/consultant time. It applies to all Campion Coaching & Consultancy services, including coaching sessions, DISC assessments, and consultancy meetings. 2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling · Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked session. · Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the client does not attend the session, the full session fee will still be charged (except in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, which will be handled compassionately). · Rebooking: Clients may reschedule one session per package free of charge if notice is given within the 24-hour window. Additional changes may incur a small administrative fee (£25). 3. Coaching Packages · Once a coaching package has begun, fees are non-refundable. · Sessions must be used within six months of the first session unless otherwise agreed. · If unforeseen personal circumstances arise, sessions may be paused and resumed later at mutual agreement. 4. DISC & Values Assessments · Cancellations made after the assessment link has been issued are non-refundable (as the report licence cost is incurred immediately). · If the client needs to postpone their feedback call, this can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 5. Consultancy Projects & Workshops · Consultancy projects require a signed agreement and 50% deposit to confirm booking. · If a workshop or consultancy day is cancelled: o More than 14 days’ notice: full refund or date transfer available. o Between 7–14 days: 50% fee retained. o Less than 7 days: full fee retained (unless otherwise agreed). 6. Emergencies and Compassionate Circumstances Life happens. Illness, family emergencies, or bereavement will always be handled with empathy and flexibility. If you experience unexpected circumstances, please contact Clare directly to discuss options. 7. Campion Coaching & Consultancy Cancellations In the rare event that Clare needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given, and an alternative time will be offered at no cost. 8.
