Pregnancy and Baby Loss Support

For individuals and workplaces. Informed by professional expertise and lived experience.

I bring a rare combination of 20 years in Professional Services, a coaching qualification, a partnership with Tommy's charity, and personal experience of baby loss.

This allows me to hold sensitive space with authenticity and care, whether I'm supporting an individual through grief or helping an organisation get its response right.

Pregnancy loss workplace support failures are not caused by a deficit of individual empathy. They are caused by a deficit of organisational infrastructure.

My approach addresses the systems, not just the skills.

For Individuals

1:1 Baby Loss Coaching

A safe, trauma-informed space to process grief at your own pace. Sessions are gentle, led by you, and focused on what you need. We might explore identity, confidence, returning to work, relationships, boundaries, or simply finding solid ground.

Return to Work After Pregnancy Loss

The transition back to work after loss is rarely straightforward. This support covers values mapping, boundary setting, confidence rebuilding, energy management, and practical preparation for conversations with your manager and team.

Reconnecting with Identity and Hope After Loss

A workshop exploring grounding, identity mapping, values reflection, and affirmation for those ready to reconnect with who they are after loss.

Self-Paced Resources

Beautifully designed, trauma-informed workbooks you can use in your own time:

  • Finding Gentle Grounding: reflections for life after pregnancy loss

  • Rage Writing Ritual: a safe practice for releasing anger after loss

  • Baby Loss Workbook: compassion letter, identity mapping, grief waves map, values clarification, body trust, and future-self journalling

For Organisations

Baby Loss Support Groups

Facilitated monthly support groups for employees, delivered as open or closed cohort models. Includes trauma-informed exercises, specialist topics (returning to work, anniversaries, partner support, confidence rebuilding), and optional 1:1 coaching.

Manager and HR Training

Practical, confidence-building sessions helping managers know what to say (and what not to say), understand privacy and consent, and support return-to-work conversations after loss.

Pregnancy and Baby Loss Guidance

Creation or review of your organisation's guidance for staff and managers. Trauma-informed, evidence-based, and developed using Tommy's charity principles.

The Campion Workplace Pregnancy Loss Implementation Framework™

A structured approach to moving your organisation from policy to practice. The Framework covers five stages: policy and language, manager capability, communication and culture, return-to-work design, and ongoing organisational learning. It is designed for organisations that want more than a training day: organisations that want to fundamentally change how they respond to pregnancy and baby loss.

'What Good Looks Like' Checklist

A free diagnostic tool to sense-check your organisation's approach across four areas: policy and language, manager readiness, communication and awareness, and support beyond leave.

Preparing for the Employment Rights Act

Statutory pregnancy loss bereavement leave is expected to come into force around 2027. If your organisation has not yet reviewed its approach to pregnancy loss support, now is the time to start. I work with employers at every stage — from the first conversation about whether a policy is needed, through to full implementation and ongoing advisory.

Why I Do This Work

I consult to The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation and other charities in the pregnancy and baby loss space. These partnerships keep my work grounded in the lived experiences of families and the evolving policy landscape.

I led a Parents and Carers Network of over 250 members for 4½ years. During that time I delivered annual Baby Loss Awareness Week events, created organisational pregnancy and baby loss guidance, and worked in partnership with national charity Tommy's, including coordinating a recorded webinar for HR and managers.

Alongside my professional expertise, I also have lived experience of baby loss. This informs everything I do in this space. It means I understand the gap between what organisations intend and what employees actually experience. And it means I can hold sensitive space with a depth of understanding that goes beyond training.

Compassion. Clarity. Practical action. That is what I bring.
