Most people who come to coaching know something isn’t working. They’re saying yes when they mean no.

They’re giving away energy they don’t have. They’re stuck between what they want and what everyone else expects.

My coaching doesn’t start with goals and action plans. It starts with paying attention. To what’s happening in your body, your energy, your relationships, and the distance between your values and your daily reality.

 

From there, we build. Not with willpower, but with self-knowledge. The kind that makes boundaries hold because they’re rooted in something real.

 

At the heart of my coaching practice is a structured four-phase programme supported by the Boundaries & Energy Coaching Toolkit: a 43-page guided workbook I’ve developed for clients.

Phase 1: Notice. Before you change anything, you pay attention. What’s actually happening with your boundaries and energy right now? Baseline audits, energy tracking, and pattern recognition.

Phase 2: Understand. What do you actually need? Core needs exploration, somatic boundary awareness, and mapping what belongs inside your circles and what doesn’t.

Phase 3: Act. Practical boundaries, energy budgets, permission slips, and specific commitments. One real boundary that holds is worth more than ten ambitious ones that don’t survive the week.

Phase 4: Integrate. Connecting your boundaries to your values and identity. The Integrity Map. Measuring change. This is where boundary-setting becomes boundary-living.

The programme works as a structured coaching engagement (typically 6–12 sessions) or as a flexible framework that supports broader coaching goals. The toolkit is yours to keep.

How Coaching Works

Every coaching relationship is bespoke. We start with a free discovery call to explore whether we're a good fit, then build a programme around your goals.

  • A free, 30 minute no-obligation conversation to explore whether coaching is right for you and what you’d want to focus on.

  • Coaching programme. Typically 6–12 sessions, fortnightly or monthly, in person or online. Each session is 60–75 minutes. You’ll receive the Boundaries & Energy Toolkit and any additional resources relevant to your goals.

  • Ongoing support. Between sessions, you’ll work through toolkit exercises, reflect on prompts, and build habits that sustain change beyond the coaching relationship.

  • Coaching programmes from £150 per session. Bespoke packages available.

Sessions also draw on original frameworks and tools including the Inner Foundation Worksheet (exploring control, confidence, self-awareness, and self-worth), the ONE Thing Question (cutting through distraction to focus on what matters most), and Energy Mapping and Boundaries tools.
